IAmRelocating.com is a group of experienced REALTORs® from across the nation dedicated to assisting individuals and families with all their real estate needs. Whether you are relocating to a new State or just around the corner, our team members will be able to provide you with a host of real estate services.

Our FREE service provides people who are about to relocate with a real estate agent who is an experienced, local professional REALTOR ® to help them buy a home or sell a home. You simply submit a form - telling us about your house for sale or the home you wish to buy. We then notify the neighborhood specialized real estate agent, they will then contact you, usually within a few days, to help you sell and/or buy a home.

History

IAmRelocating.com was created by a full-time real estate agent and with the assistance of several real estate agents from around the nation. They met to discuss how they could best benefit and service their clients needs.

In order to provide the best service available all agents:

• have a minimum of three years experience in their local market.
• are a REALTOR® (an active member of the National Association of REALTORS® - setting the standards for the real estate industry.)
• are a full-time real estate agent (dedicated to serving buyers & sellers is their career. No Hobbyist or part-timers)
• have an informative website
• provide the client with a:
  • Free Comparative Market Analysis (CMA)- provides your home's current market value and a suggested listing price
  • Free list of available properties - homes that meet your search criteria.
